Our Commitment

I’m Dr. Tyler O. Vukmer, a board-certified dermatologist practicing in Golden, Colorado. I practice general medical and surgical dermatology, specializing in skin cancer surgery.

This gives me a unique appreciation for the science of skin medicine and the art of tattooing. Many of my patients have asked me about tattoo care and I realized that there has never been a dermatologist-designed or recommended product.

I started InkMD to finally establish a credible brand of premium tattoo care products, all of which I have personally formulated with the goal of improving tattoo care and outcomes.

InkMD is out to change how we heal tattoos with science and intent. Prepping the skin ahead of time is something so obvious yet somehow new to me.. The pre tattoo lotion helped reduce inflammation throughout the process, the post wash was gentle and did its job, and the barrier kept the elements out when the skin on my tattoo was at its most vulnerable. I would have been afraid to put sunscreen on in these initial days, but having one made just for new tattoos gave me peace of mind knowing I can protect my investments.
